We live in a modern world full of hustle, which exerts tremendous pressure on the body, mind, and spirit. A few years ago, I was filled with pain, going through a crisis of anxiety in my life. One day, I went out for a walk and found a place where they sold crystals and aromas. I felt something very special; I had asked the universe to send me signals, and with that, the crystals came into my life. It was something I had never been interested in before, but it came into my life at the moment I needed it the most.
I went home and started looking for information. I understood how Mother Earth gives us her most valuable treasures, how creation is so infinite. The first crystal I bought was amethyst. After conducting additional research, I discovered that Amethyst is a purple quartz that originates from Brazil, Germany, Sri Lanka, and Uruguay. Its forms: natural, points, polished geode, and carved. It is connected to the third eye, crown chakra.
It is an energy amplifier, aiding in intuition, perception, insomnia, travel security, connection with the higher self and the divine, creativity, manifestation, stress, and anxiety, nightmares, and addictions. A quartz that, when interacting with it, made me feel calm. You can carry it with you, place it under your pillow, or place it on your desk.
Amethyst, a healing quartz that captivated me and led me to know more about crystals, to connect more with the wonders that Mother Earth gives us.
